On June 5th through the 7th, the Jewish communities of Greater Washington
come together to help rebuild the New Jersey shore, an area still suffering
the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. The DC JCC Behrend Builders, the group
committed to improving homes in the District of Columbia. and members of
the Amity Club, will be traveling in teams to Monmouth County, New Jersey,
to repair homes.

You can participate in this effort to create awareness, There are thousands
of families still not back in their homes following the
destruction. Hurricane Sandy victims are waiting, over 2 1/2 years since
the storm. Travel Television a nonprofit in Maryland spearheading these
trips to the Jersey Shore and the volunteer efforts. You can be a part of
the TV series while volunteering, traveling for a purpose, using social
media to gain awareness, and competing in teams to get the word out to
provide assistance.
