We set the tone for the weekend with a powerful tribute to Dr. King’s enduring belief that “faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” This moving service will feature the uplifting voices of the Shiloh Baptist Church choir from D.C. and the presence of interfaith leaders from across the community. Together, we will reflect on Dr. King’s call for unity and the moral imperative to work together across faiths to “bend the arc of the moral universe towards justice.”
