100% of funds received will be forwarded to the UJC Western Wildfire Relief Fund and will help victims in both the Jewish and general community. Please note: Donations are only accepted in U.S. dollars.

Funds collected for wildfire relief are distributed by UJC’s Emergency Committee, a continental committee of volunteer leaders, with no overhead deducted. The committee will carefully review requests for funds submitted to it by the affected federations, to help first responders and other social-service organizations operating on the ground in California. While we, of course, are concerned with the needs of the Jewish community, the committee will also allocate funds for the general community as well. UJC will work with the impacted communities to identify short- and longer-term needs.
