In our Washington DC site, placements will range from coordinating a program and teaching at a new charter high school in Southeast DC; to helping to coordinate relief efforts for workers displaced in the wake of September11; to help individuals get private medical and legal services, food and job training, to homeless clients; to organizing low-income residents to demand a health care system that meets their needs.
