Entering the Narrow Space (Sept 4, 7pm, in person): Who is the God of the High Holidays? Who have I been and who do I want to be?

Elul – the Hebrew month before Rosh HaShanah – is a time for spiritual preparation. We are meant to begin taking an account of our souls, thinking about the moments we missed the mark, and how we can do better in the coming year. This year, we are offering space to start doing this work together. We will discuss themes of the High Holidays, explore the theological implications of the prayers, and start our own reflections. It will all culminate on Selichot, when we will take a look at the confessional prayers as a community. We hope you will join us.
