Yeshiva of Greater Washington

The Yeshiva’s dual-track high school program is geared to preparing students to live as fully committed observant Jews both within the k’lal (Jewish community) and in the secular world. After completing the intensive religious studies and Hebrew language requirements, girls are prepared to continue learning in seminaries in Israel or elsewhere. The secular studies curriculum prepares students for admission to the finest colleges and meets or exceeds Maryland state requirments. Religious Studies are an integral part of the Yeshiva’s educational program. All students are required to take the full Judaic curriculum. The ultimate goal of a Torah education goes beyond the mere accumulation of knowledge. It is a total learning experience designed to penetrate not only the mind but also the heart and soul.
