TLC—The Treatment and Learning Centers is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1950 in Rockville, MD that annually serves more than 2,200 children and adults with a wide range of special needs. Our mission is to improve the lives and expand possibilities for these individuals through offering a family of services within one organization.

TLC’s 200+ professional staff have the utmost personal concern to provide the best therapy, education, support and care possible. Our staff and innovative programs continue to provide a foundation for the achievement of greater personal independence and success for our clients, from the youngest child to the oldest adult.
