Shared Horizons’ mission is to help people with disabilities access affordable Special Needs Trust options that protect their benefits and preserves personal finances.

Since 2004 we have helped over 800 people maintain a quality of life that otherwise would not be available to them while receiving or applying for public benefits. We currently manage over $37 million dollars and serve over 600 people.
