All services are provided in the community and are individualized to meet each persons unique needs, desires and aspirations.
SEEC is comprised of more than 180 full- and part-time dedicated professionals supporting more than 200 men and women and more than 60 families of children with developmental disabilities each year throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. Our volunteer Board of Directors consists of family members of those we support, at least one individual receiving our services, and members of the greater community.

SEEC offers a variety of programs to help Montgomery County residents who have significant disabilities become involved and valued members of our community. Supports for community inclusion are provided Community Living residential supports, Vocational and Community Learning day supports, Project SEARCH internships for transitioning youth, and Parent to Parent mentoring for famlies who have children with developmental disablities.
