Primary Care Coalition

The PCC, an independent non-profit 501c (3) organization founded in 1993, is deeply connected to the continuum of care for low-income uninsured, ethnically diverse residents of Montgomery County. In addition to administering Montgomery Cares and Care for Kids, PCC is actively engaged in programs to increase access to health care, promote health equity, and improve health care quality for vulnerable patients in Montgomery County.
