OAR of Fairfax County, Inc. is a local non-profit restorative justice organization providing human services since 1971. OAR’s mission is to rebuild lives and break the cycle of crime with opportunities, alternatives, and resources for offenders and their families to create a safer community. They have an extensive set of programs, which include court programs, transtional and family services, education and training, and others.

Donations welcome include:
New or gently used in-season clothing items for adult men and women
Men’s sizes – Shirts: Large to 3Xlarge. Pants: waist size 32 to 44
Women’s sizes – Shirts: Large to 3Xlarge. Pants: Sizes 8 to 18
New socks and underwear for men and women
New and gently used coats, shoes/laces, belts, cold weather hats, gloves, and scarves
New and gently used book bags/totes/duffle bags
Umbrellas and ponchos
Unopened/new hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste, etc.)
Metro fare cards, bus tokens, and/or SmarTrip cards
Old cell phones (to benefit victims of domestic violence)
