Daffodil Music

For over twenty years, Sally has been sharing her joyful music throughout the Washington area. In addition to performing, Sally teaches music throughout the region in preschools, Sunday schools and overnight camps. Sally often works with teachers, providing guidance on integrating music into their classrooms. Teaching and connecting with children through music is Sally’s passion.

Sally is an accomplished songwriter, performer, educator and producer. She has produced two CDs, Tap Your Feet to a Jewish Beat and Put a Smile on Your Face. Her music is appealing to children and adults alike. Sally knows how to reach kids, writing and singing music they want to listen to over and over again. The instrumentation, vocal harmonies and children’s chorus, the Daffodils, make Sally’s CDs unique and enjoyable. Sally’s effervescence for music, her warmth and her ability to make others feel included and part of her music is apparent immediately. Creating her CDs and bringing them to life was a group effort. Sally’s family, neighborhood kids, and Klezmer band musicians, Shir Delite, contributed their time and talents, helping to produce these popular children’s CDs.

Sally holds a masters degree from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiller School of Social Work. She lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with her family.
