American Friends of Rabin Medical Center

American Friends of Rabin Medical Center (AFRMC) is a 501(c) 3 organization established to support the Rabin Medical Center’s mission and commitment to excellence in care. The staff, board and volunteers are charged with encouraging individual, family and institutional commitments to the hospital and with publicly promoting the hospital. This is accomplished by encouraging visitation, by creating joint ventures with other medical establishments, and by raising funds through a variety of programmatic efforts throughout the US, to help the Rabin Medical Center remodel and refurbish its facilities with the most advanced technology and equipment.

Rabin Medical Center, located in Petah Tikva, 6 miles east of Tel Aviv, continues the traditions set by the Beilinson and Golda-Hasharon Hospitals, maintaining its place at the forefront of Israel’s health system and providing excellent medical treatment, research and education.

Rabin Medical Center is recognized for its devoted medical and auxiliary staff, and commitment to quality of every aspect of modern medicine. The medical center is affiliated with the Sackler School of Medicine, at Tel Aviv University, and many members of the staff hold academic positions.

Rabin Medical Center treats over 1,000,000 patients annually from Israel and abroad, who benefit from its wide spectrum of state-of-the-art medical services and highly advanced technology, which meet the needs of the 21st century.
