RELIGIOUS SCHOOL AND YOUTH PROGRAMS ADMINISTRATOR

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES This following list outlines the essential scope of the position.

● Tracking school registration

● Ordering snacks, food, and supplies for school, youth, and family events

● Creating and sending out newsletters

● Booking events and venues

● Creating event forms and updating calendars

● Coordinating volunteers

● Assisting with student pick-up and dismissal as needed.

● Additional duties based on needs and the skills and interests of the School and Youth Programs

Administrator REQUIREMENTS The list below includes a broad range of requirements. Candidates are encouraged to apply if they can meet most requirements and are committed to acquiring new skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

● Proficiency with MS Office suite, Canva, and Google products; familiarity with ShulCloud or other customer relation management software a plus.

● Ability to organize a weekly workload by priorities and meet deadlines

● Professional-level verbal and written communications skills

● Familiarity with Jewish holidays and customs, or eagerness to learn

● Availability for some Sundays

This is a 10 hour per week position which would include occasional Sunday morning support and weekday flex hours. The salary is $22-$25 per hour, based on skills and experience.
