The next Executive Director will be a dynamic and creative team leader who will set a broad vision, manage a strong team and oversee multiple functions within the congregation including, but not limited to, those listed below. A strong command of budgeting and financial issues, staff management, current and emerging technology platforms, and the strategic use of social media are required. 

• Budget
• Human Resources/Personnel  
• Facilities Maintenance, Management, and Operations
• Event Management 
• Synagogue Office Management
• Programming  
• Member Recruitment and Engagement 
• Development and Fundraising 
• Cemetery Management 
• Communications and Marketing 
• Collaboration with Clergy
• Operation of Schools, in conjunction with the director of education
