Secular Humanistic Purim with Machar

Celebrate a secular, humanistic, 100% miracle-free Purim! Come to Machar’s Purim party for a really Jewish, really secular good time. If you’ve been looking for a congregation that’s all the stuff you like and none of the stuff you don’t, you’ve found it!

1. Festive Meal – Seudah

2. Food Baskets – Mishloach Manot – Please bring at least one box of mac-n-cheese that will both serve as a grogor/noisemaker and be donated to a food bank. Other food donations welcome!

3. Gifts to the Poor – Matanot La’evyonim

4. Megillah Reading – Telling of the Book of Esther
