Rachel Schreiber, who is the Executive Dean at the Parsons School of Design will be speaking on Jewish identity and her upcoming book on Elaine Yoneda. Yoneda was Jewish woman who married a Japanese man in California in the 1930s and ended up choosing to join him and their son when they were forced to move to an interment camp. Depending on how planning goes, she may completely change topics to look at identity and fashion during COVID. Open only to Federation’s Lions of Judah.
