Join us on Friday, February 28 at 7:00 pm for prayer, reflection, and song! Welcome Shabbat in a joyful, participatory, and engaging service, with melodies that calm, songs that enliven, and prayers that elevate.
This lay-led service blends tradition and creativity, drawing on contemporary and innovative Jewish music from around the world, including from B’nai Jeshurun and Romemu in New York, and Shira Chadasha and Nava Tehila in Jerusalem.
Following the service, there will be an oneg during which Beth El congregant and national security affairs expert Jeremy Bash will speak on “National Security Challenges Facing the New Administration – Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan and Beyond.” Jeremy previously served as Chief of Staff to the Director of the CIA and to the Secretary of Defense. He has spent the past 20 years advising national leaders and chief executives on strategic, management, legal, and policy issues.
Dinner Cost: $18 per Beth El member household (up to two adults) / $25 for non-member families (up to two adults), and $9 per person for individuals or additional adults.
