She was a 2018-2019 Pedagogy Fellow at the Yiddish Book Center and is now a Field Fellow with the Wexler Oral History Project, conducting interviews in and about Yiddish. In addition to her Yiddish activities, Marianne is a klezmer clarinetist and a freelance copyeditor with a PhD in music theory. No prior knowledge needed – just an excitement to learn.
