Coffee and Conversation with Congressman Jamie Raskin

Join Bet Mishpachah on Sunday, September 22nd for Coffee and Conversation with Representative Jamie Raskin.  Representative Raskin will be speaking about his role as a Vice Chair of the Congressional Equality Caucus, which serves as a resource for Members of Congress, their staff, and the public on LGBTQ+ issues at the federal level.

Representative Raskin will talk about the Equality Caucus’ work toward the extension of equal rights, the repeal of discriminatory laws, the elimination of hate-motivated violence, and the improved health and well-being for all regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, or sex characteristics (including intersex traits).
