A virtual music lecture by Hazzan Dr. Ramón Taste and Judith Silver

Celebration of the choral heritage of Jewish England: from traditional synagogue music, to Spanish and Portuguese melodies brought to England via Amsterdam and Germany, to English folk songs; from G.F. Haendel to J. Mombach to the contemporary music of Julian Dawes and Judith Silver. Ms. Silver’s Eshet Hayil, commissioned by Kolot HaLev, could not be premiered last year due to cancellation of our annual concert.
