Washington Hebrew Congregation Rabbi Joseph Weinberg Early Childhood Center

In 1979 they opened the preschool in Potomac, Maryland to abut 50 children. Over the past 31 years, they have grown and expanded and now welcome over 500 children each year at two locations ??? at the Temple in northwest Washington, DC and at the the Julia Bindeman Suburban Center in Potomac, Maryland. The Bindeman Center is the home of the Rabbi Joseph Weinberg ECC & the WHC Primary School. The WHC Religious School meets either at the Bindeman Center or the Temple.
In the summer, Camp Keetov is open to children from 16 months to five years old. The toddlers (16 – 21 months) are accompanied by parent or caregiver. Children 2 through 5 are divided into age brackets. Activities combine play, arts and creative fun.
