Sulam Inc. – Torah School Location

Sulam’s mission is to impart a strong Jewish identity and to ensure every child’s right to meaningful participation within the Jewish community. Sulam provides Jewish children with learning differences an individually designed program that reflects ???best practice??? within a Jewish day school environment. We aim to motivate all of our students to become life- long learners. We do this with love and encouragement. We provide expert support in order to fully actualize the potential of each child. Our goal is to help them become independent adults and contributing members of their communities.

Our Host Schools: Sulam, Inc. proudly collaborates with two host schools. These schools are the Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy (MJBHA) and the Torah School of Greater Washington (TSGW).

Sulam students enrich host school student communities by creating a heightened awareness and appreciation for individual differences. Sulam students, in turn, benefit from the challenges and social dynamic of being part of a larger population of students. They gain the confidence and the skills needed for proud participation in the school community.
