Pozez JCC of Northern Virginia – J-Fit Health Club

The J-Fit Health Club provides everything for a complete cardio and fitness workout, seven days a week. We have partnered with Precor for our new fitness center in both Cardiovascular, Weight Training, and selectorized equipment. Our new Cardio equipment has integrated video screens allowing you to watch your favorite show, listen to music or set up a workout.
