JSSA Transitions

Volunteer based free program aimed at people who are facing a life-threatening illness; Matches up volunteers with clients to provide companionship, transportation, respite for families, errands, chores and general assistance such as making a meal.

Coordinator visits client 1-2 times a month to assess for community links.
Volunteers are well trained through a hospice program.
Do not have to be a client of JSSA.
