JCC of GW-Hurwitz Internal Light Program

Internal Light is a support group that deals with daily living skills, aids and appliances, discussion concerning the latest research on eye diseases and much more. It is an educational program aimed at helping older adults to attain the most independence they can. Training on talking computers. One talking computer available.

Also has Low Vision Support group for adults age 25 to 60 with low vision who meet at the Center. The program brings together employable adults looking for vocational direction. Both employed individuals and those seeking employment benefit from the group, since programs emphasize available resources for the blind, and techniques for advocating for oneself.
