The Weinberg Health & Fitness Center features cardiovascular equipment, full circuit of Cybex?? strength-training equipment, free-weight room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, racquetball courts, international convertible squash/racquetball court, basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, group exercise studio, cardio theater capability with 50-inch flatscreen TVs, adult-only locker rooms (with massage rooms, saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzis and a TV lounge), family locker rooms and companion-accessible assisted family locker room in over 40,000 square feet of space.

Programs include (but are not limited to): Sports & Recreation: Sports enrichment classes for kids
??? Wellness: Massage Services, ProAction Physical Therapy
??? Aquatics: Swim Lessons, Learn-to-Swim Classes, Pre-Team and Masters Swim Clubs and the Gudelsky Exceptional Swim Program for children, teens and adults with physical, orthopedic-related disabilities
??? J-Club Babysitting: Fun and safe activities are offered in our playroom for children age 3 months and up
??? Elie Ronen Scott Family Gym: A family-friendly program held in the Wasserman Gymnasium that features brightly ???colored climbing, sliding and rolling toys for children 18 months to 6 years, accompanied by a parent or cargiver
??? Recreation Station: An indoor children’s play gym located that includes tunnels, slides, stairs and more. It is designed for children age 2 to 7 only. All children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
