Alef Bet Montessori School Elementary Program

The method of learning is a research style of learning. Lessons given by a trained Montessori teacher direct the students toward pursuits which help them to develop reasoning abilities and learn the arts of life. The subjects taught in the Elemenary program include geography, biology, history, language, mathematics in all its branches, science, music and art. Our school has added a full curriculum about Israel, Hebrew language, Chumash, Mishnah and Toshba. Studies are enriched through trips outside the classroom to community resources, such as the library, a local farm, local businesses or community centers, galleries and museums.
